Superb Red Wine.
Harvesting these grapes takes place in the third decade of September, when they are well mature and ready to be pressed. The fermentation with maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 17/18 ° C for a period of about 7/8 days, then proceed fermentation.
It is a wine with the characteristics of freshness and fruity, we recommend it with baked dishes, grilled chicken, and sweet cheese, but it is sublime with drowned octopus or fish soup.
