Pesto Cetarese with Straining of Anchovies: a unique recipe, born from the skilful combination of simple and genuine ingredients.

On a base of Straining of Anchovies, true symbols of the tradition of Cetara, are added almonds, pine nuts, black and green olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, basil, oregano, hot pepper and salt, to give life to a product unique and original, to be enjoyed on bruschetta and croutons or to season an excellent plate of pasta “al dente”.
